your sportsman advisory committee voted on it... however i will say it was snuck in as part of a discussion concerning the -.20 index drop they were discussing (according to our rep)... and low and behold we got no index reduction which we desperately need and instead got another slap in the face...
just a damn shame NHRA was too stupid to leave a good class alone... captain
