First converter and Powerglide parts I bought from him, many years ago, were the first 1/2 second I ever bolted in a car. Great guy to work with. I'd say that was way overdue.

I wrote my Sophomore college English paper on the 1957 Chevy "Tricks are for kids" M/SA car. To this day it has been the only 1957 Chevy with a two piece front bumper I have ever seen.

How long have I known Marv? Let's just say I bought a cast iron powerglide from him.
Greg p.s. Ask Craig Bourgeois if he likes Marv. |

Back in 1970 I saw an ad in National Dragster for a high stall converter for a Ford from A-1. I bought it and was the first Ford to run an A-1 it worked so good I didn't want to put his decal on. From that day until I quit racing Super Stock in 1975 that was the only converter I used. I had a problem a week before the Gatornationals and brought the car to Gainesville with the trans out and when I got there Marv was there with my converter. Everytime I went to the Winternationals I would go by Marv's shop for a vist. You never had to worry if Marv said he would do something he did.
