Im a little confused. You say 98 firebird with an LT1 but GM stopped putting the LT1 in the f-bodys in 1997. If it is a 98 it will have the LS1 346ci engine. That will help ALOT when buying headers sense LT1 headers are completely different than LS1 headers.

Curtis, you might want to get a hold of Tommy Mattingly in Louisville. He just ordered a set of Hedman's from me. I had them dropped shipped to him, but he decided not to use them. Call me if your interested, I can give you his number.

65380.....1 3/4" w/ 3" collector 65385.....1 7/8" w/ 3 1/2" collector If you are running a stick car, #7 tube has to be moved because of interence with the clutch rod and z-bar. Must have manual rack also. Woodro helped me out with the LT1 stuff. Last edited by Crisco; 12-04-2008 at 12:07 PM. |

Phil Veldheer put the number on here, on the first page. Call there and ask for either MIke Thomas or my brother Phillip. They will help you. Crisco has the part numbers in his head now.. Thats pretty cool !

I have seen that alot also. My wife has a 98 with a LS1 in it. I know it a 98 cause I looked at the door tag and it was build somewhere around March of 98. She bought it new in 99. It's Z28 that has no options but t-tops. No pwr windows, locks, cruise, nothing.
