I quickly went into property protection mode and "DETAINED" the intruder while my wife called 911. Our city's finest ( four patrol cars where there in short order) . The first officer smiled and asked, Hmmm What happened here? Enough said! My question now is. What do you have for security other than a monitored alarm? It is definately time to install something ASAP. I often times never even locked the shop because our German Shepherd did a fine job of keeping us secure however after 14 faithful years she is recently no longer with us ( boy do I miss her). Doug

I have a SIG 357,Remington 12 Gauge Shotgun and a M4 223 rifle for additional security. LOL

i was robbed last week and did not know till wednesday afternoon when another shop owner came by and said he has tools belonging to me i went to my toolbox they were gone 700 dollars worth. he said that one of his men bought it from a crack head the day before. so sure enough i checked my video cams and there he was taking my stuff.i walked next door for 5 min.he was watching me.so i called houma's finest gave a scetch of him within 1hr he was jailed.he tried to rob jeff teutons body shop across the street from me but his guys ran him off.come to find out he hit 8 more places.when i went to the police station to talk to him i told him that he will spend thanksgiving at the ashland hilton better known as the ashland JAIL. so video cam's work and i also have alarms.

A good quality guard dog will give you relief from 98% of unwanted rearends, now for the other 2% a good quality short barrel Remington repelling shotgun(trench gun) loaded with sea salt with take the fight out of anyone. It's legal in Canada(just don't go chasing after him).lol No one has to live with taking a life over goods that can be replace, doesn't matter how worthless the individual is.CR
