I have one Stocker that has currently 5 neutrals and a park!
Seriously I do not think two neutrals would be an issue.

The ProTrans valve body only has one neutral.

I have been using the Pro Tran clean neutral (1 neutral) valve body for many years, I think I bought the first one he sold (without brake), I now have one in each car and they both work great.
