Hello racers. Here is the final version of the supporter shirt. I took the stripe off the front of the supporter shirt and left the oval as shown. The back is the same as before.

Here is the deal on the shirts. As I stated, my goal is to support the process and provide the competitors with a shirt free for participation and to provide the winner with multiple shirts. I try to gather donations for the remainder to offset the cost of the shirts. This year, I put a few more $$$ out to try and also be able to contribute some more $$$ to the winner. I ordered a few 3 xs but I also ordered

2 doz XXL, 3 doz XL and 2 Doz Large shirts. These are limited edition shirts.

I see many requests and I thank you for that. Here is what I am asking:

If you would like me to send you a shirt, please e mail me at jimschaechter@earthlink.net to lock in your order.

It is real easy, you can just send me your order and address. I will send you my contact info and will send the shirts to you. I cannot guarantee that they will arrive prior to Indy.

If you are going to Indy, I will have the shirts with me so that is not a problem. All that I ask is that you e mail me and confirm what you want me to reserve for you. ( I will run out)

The donation per shirt is $15.00 each plus shipping or just $15.00 each if you pick them up in person.

Thanks for your support! Jim.

Maybe a couple other Killer East Coasters will come? That would be awesome! Still 10 spots left at Indy! Maybe Steve Ficacci and Dave Casey can car pool!

Who could forget these videos?

Have to see how it runs. I have been having serious thoughts about buying that Corvette. Im just a little leary about running a stick car but Ive always been a Corvette lover. I have 2 for the street so maybe one for the track????? Its called the "Last Hurrah".

Terry, if racing a Corvette again is on your bucket list, there is no more fun out there than this one. The automatic stuff does not compare and I would say anymore, not cheaper than a stick. Not to say that racing an auto is not fun, I have raced both and I say for me, the fun factor is way higher in a stick.

Yes,,,,One more race (stocker) car IS on my "Bucket List" . The last stick car I raced was my 1969 Corvette 350/300 back in the stone age and all after that were automatics. Muncie trans and 7 inch tires. Never broke anything until 1972 when NHRA put all of the Jr. stocks into S/S. Then I broke everthing except the sterring wheel. Up graded parts are much better in todays racing. Have to think hard about it as once the $$$$ is gone then its gone and Im retired (retarded?) now. I hope I need to send YOU GUYS the win check this time around. Good luck.

I will be at the track before the gates open on Wednesday Sept. 1; will see you all there!
I saw a pix of Adkins at Cecil County this weekend in B/S on the posting from the points race.
