Well, I'm done uploading for the Chicago points meet,6.4 gigs..107 short videos, I will try to make a playlist so the entire community can sit back relax and watch everything I posted this weekend with just one click...

Wish we could have stayed longer but that how it goes...

Anyone know what was going on with the Malibu in second round of stock? I'm referring to the one that died in the water box, got it started and almost ran over his helper. The starter had already given his opponet a single but the Malibu driver took off and had his hood fly open about 100 feet down track.

What was the color of the car? Who was he racing that round?

I did speak with him after the run he siad he was just trying to get up there and get staged he thought his dad had the hood shut and got him out of the way. No body was up there waiving him not to roll up there. Then when he was trying to hurry and get up to the beams, then the starter gave him the red bulb. He said to me well i might as well drive it down the track now that im up here, he hit the gas a little bit and the hood wasnt latched down like he thought, looking at the car just ,a new hood will fix the problem. Like he said the one thing on his mind was just try and get up there and make the run. Cause of problem short in battery cable wouldnt keep car running he said

I wondered happened, I saw the red light for his lane and the yellow Chevy ll was already staged. I guess to much excitement going on. Too bad it happened, just glad no one got hurt!

Great photos. Love to see the cars but Who are all those OLD people with them?Joking. We are all seeing a little more gray in the mirror or no hair at all. Thanks for the combination with the owners.
