Default Racepak Sportsman save $100 till 12/31

Hi Guys - I'm Greg Kelley, new as a sponsor on Class Racer selling
Data Loggers, EGT kits and EFI systems. I had been thinking about getting on CR for a while and with Racepak's recent announcement of the $100 price increase it seemed the time to sign up with Ken and get in front of you guys and girls.

The focus of this announcement is the Racepak deal so that guys have time to get their orders in, however I will mention that I sell and service the Edelbrock data loggers, Innovate O2's, my own line of EGT kits and FAST and Motorvation EFI systems and components. Let me know of any help you need with this stuff.

The Racepak Sportsman is a great logger. It's been out since March and is a very reliable unit (what else from Racepak). At the time of the announcement, they said $699 was the intro price and $799 would come in the future. So last week they announced the end of $699 effective 12/31/09.

I run mostly brackets a little bit of Top Dragster & SC. I tend to forget how demanding the Divisional and National events can be regarding limited time shots. I'm an old school guy who tinkers with my car and need some time shots to get the car right, so when I go to Atco for my once a year experience I'm reminded how valuable my data logger is. To run a competitive Stock or SS car without a logger would seem impossible to me.

If you have been thinking of a logger now is the time to pull the trigger.

The system Includes:
- Engine RPM
- Driveshaft RPM (includes collar and magnets)
- Battery Voltage
- 2-Axis G-meter
- 12 volt event (like trans brake release, throttle stop, nitrous enable etc)
- cables, shaft collar, software and laptop accessories.

Fuel pressure, O2's EGT's etc are easily added to the system - essentially plug & play.

This system is really COMPLETE. It includes all Laptop accessories you need. Most other loggers will have you going to the computer store a couple times for a USB converter then for a memory stick reader. Not only does the Sportsman come with this stuff, the drivers for the USB converter are embedded with the Racepak software so another frequent problem is avoided. Also, the software works on Vista as well as XP.

Ok, now that I have you sold on the Sportsman, please buy it from me . I expect to be sponsoring the East Cost S-SS Circuit and the Mid Atlantic SG Association for 2010 so support a guy who supports you.

MSI is a Authorized Racepak distributor with loggers, dash units, sensors and cables in stock

Let me know of any questions.

Data gathering is very helpfull and really allows you to optimize your combination. You can also learn things you otherwise would not think was happening during a run. I used an LM-1 from Greg to tune my LT-1 and would very much like to buy one of these for my current dragster. I will have to ask Santa Claus if he can help......

Carb wiz Dean Oliver called to order one (maybe a second one for his Dad) and had a good question.

He has used the LM-1 wide band O2 for a couple years and really likes it. He wanted to know if the LM-1 could feed the Raceppak and the answer is yes. All it takes is a generic vnet module ($119) and requires you to input the voltages for the channel.
