In the day and age of poor customer service, I wanted to take the time to point out 2 experiences I recently had with Jesel & QuickFuel that exemplify EXCELLENT customer service.

I recently broke a rocker arm on my car at the Topeka National. Like an idiot I did not have a spare (I do now.) It turns out I was incredibly lucky. Once we got the car home, I had 4 more broken rocker arms. With the help of Darren at Patterson Racing, I sent all 16 rocker arms back for Jesel to look at. Once they got them back, they immediately warrantied them due to a defect and sent me 16 new rocker arms. Mind you, these rocker arms were 5 years old and only had about 75 runs on them, but they could have easily said that I was out of luck and would need to buy brand new. So thanks to Joe Massey at Jesel for the help.

Thanks to Phillip at QuickFuel for his help with my carb. I have been trying to figure out a fuel delivery problem. So we replumbed the car, and sent the regulator and pump off for service. Now that I finally had some good runs under my belt for data, Phillip had me send him the carb and he changed a few things around in the emulsion and hi speed air bleeds. Sent it back with no charge even tho I have had the carb for over a year and probably out of any warranty type of deal.

The above 2 companies definitely have my business and I will be more than happy to brag about their excellent customer service and quality products. So remember the above the next time you are in the market for new parts.
