With snow being predicted for this week in the Great Bend area, who is going to take a chance and go? The weather looks OK for Sunday, but cold and very windy prior to that. It is a 700 plus mile trip one way for me, I may sit this one out. Dyno

I'm passing on going to Great Bend as well. It doesn't make much sense to travel that far for a Divisional, then back in 2 weeks for the National at HPT. It was far better in my opinion when it was back-to-back with the National Event at HPT.
A steady 15-25mph wind out of the NW and an overnight low Friday night of 28F, warming to a High of 55F on Saturday, BUT with a 50% chance of RAIN is a tough sell to drive that far. Sunday looks OK, and 64F...minus the big winds. D5 is just plain tough with all the travel it takes to be competitive!!!

I just checked the weather and it's only 10% chance of rain Saturday. The wind is typical Great Bend though.
