6pm Sat.-No Sound all of a sudden. This along with constant freeze-up from the start. Anyone else with these probs?

My subscription from last year ends today and I'm not renewing. Main reason for me is not being able to rewind to any point in the day like we could last year. I can't sit at my computer all day and if I miss something I want to be able to go back.
