Launch Assist – uses wheel speed sensors to watch for driveline-damaging wheel hop at launch and, in milliseconds, modifies the engine torque to regain full grip
Would this be legal ????? Different words but let’s call it what it is, traction control! this opens up a whole new can of worms

Agree, just like the ultra bogus 360 HP the 2015 Camaro started with as opposed to its 425 HP factory rating. Happy to see the new cars competing in Stock, but do the guys in legacy cars always have to get it in the A** for a couple of years before the AHFS catchs up with the new combinations? Why not start with the factory HP ratings and then let the AHFS level the playing field?

Always good to see cars put in the guide.
I think it could possibly be a interesting bracket car, with a warranty, and might lead new blood into the stock and superstock arena. Especially if Ford and GM, put out their own like minded models. Then and only then would the subject matter of a car like this competing as is in stock be something to talk about. Own class, etc. Could it happen, who knows. Now the economics of currently building one of these for stock and superstock, aren't that compelling, as a 45K entry point or so is just the beginning. 100K done would likely be reasonable. Someone might do it, a wrecked car would be more $ reasonable. @ 413 HP I don't think it looks like a good package. I leave it up to those in the know on the delta between this motor and the Indy motors from last year in the Camaro, etc. A original E-Body 70 like mine or Jerry in Texas would be a better use of $ to go run at the windmills of A-Stock and A-Stick. If you want to play, be prepared to pay. Its a bonfire of the cash, of that all must agree, whether its a 69 big block camaro, a new Camaro, a new challenger, a new mustang, or even a old challenger or cuda...... Eric
