Have you tried adding preload to the passenger side Caltrac bar so it gets a little head start?

I think I would be looking very closely at the subframes connectors. How they are welded/bolted, are the tight and straight. How bout the roll bar and where it’s welded. An antiroll bar would be a crutch for this problem and might cure the problem at another cost. Arb might help a property working car but I think you need to find the root problem first.

It would be a good idea to scale the car with drivers weight in place . Corner weights help make the right decisions on chassis tuning .

I don't think an ARB is the answer with Caltracs.FWIW, I run a 71 Camaro BBC stocker, and have 1 turn preload on the pass.side and 1/2 turn on the drivers. Seems to leave level...gsa612
