I can't believe it -- after looking back on the weekend and how terrible the weather was -- the fact that we got it in and finished early was nothing short of a minor miracle .Also the fact that the car count was down a little helped -- seems like S/S and SG were down a bunch-- and this is the first time I can remember at Englishtown that the Stock field wasn't full .Yesterday started out a little dreary but turned into one of Bob Freys' "Chamber of Commerce " days for sure and even the drive home was pretty .
On to Atco for our D1 marathon............. PS - If you're reading this and at the office -- get back to work before the boss catches up with you .

I'll say it....the track f'n blew on Sunday. Just like it does at this race every year when the sun comes out. The worst part about it is that the starting line crew just stand there as car after car blows the tires away. You ask a D1 official about the lack of track prep and they say it's Raceway Park responsibility and you ask a Raceway park employee and they say it's up to the D1 officials to do something about it. What a joke !!
