nut from my air filter base fell down carb, to manifold, etc. during my burnout. Luckily looks like damage is limited to some bent valves. So my comeback is very short-lived!

Julie had something go down the intake and it bent 3 valves. They aren't going to take any chances replacing them here. She is done for the weekend. I believe Angela has to work and usually doesn't make her first qualifier until Saturday. As for Sorensen, he's trying to line up with Cour so he can race him heads-up first round. -Toby |

Great shots Toby, however, one correction; the black 5.0 Mustang convertible is Brian Thompson, not Brian Seaburg. Seaburg has a P&Q/SA 72 Mercury Comet, (as well as Jim Waldos old B/S 69 Mustang). Both Brians normally pit together, just to add to the confusion!
