I know alot of people like that stuff but not me.
I guess you get Mello Yello now have'nt watched any races on TV,I guess Mountain Dew would be a instant DQ.LOL

In that era.......

Class Winners were the only cars that ran eliminations....

ALL class winners were torn down....No exceptions...

If the Class winner was DQ'ed
the Class R/Up was torn down and if he or she was DQ'ed
No car from that class made it into eliminations....

Was that a better situation....? I don't know but it sure made winning your class a very sought after goal.....

National events were few and far between.....
