RIP Sammy , met him once, he and I ran the same combo in our cars(400/427) , Sad and certainly surprised that he has passed. Seems like just yesterday he was posting on here. May his family and friends be comforted at this time.
He was a champion in many ways

I met him in1992. He was a legend then and for ever will be in my mind. God speed Mr.Pizzolato.

I never had the pleasure to meet him. Anytime I heard or read his name, World Champion came to mind first. Rest in Peace Champ.
