Unless things have changed I remember the 68 heads have a bigger cc combustion chamber than the 69.

Cimo uses the 291 heads Exactly right on the CC 106.9 CC on 1968 104.9 CC on 1969 A touch up on the valve job and a little un shrouding could correct that small amount if they were near the min.
