IHRA was great back in the day...I think they could be headed the right direction....I wasn't sure how they would get it going or if they would be able to . I was there when they made the announcement at PRI,ended up I was standing close to guy Darrell that owns the company sponsoring IHRA, was a regular guy, I would have never guessed and didn't... as I stood a few feet from him, he would be introduced as their multi million $$ sponsor.
I'm racing stock and super stock where I can have the most fun, the least time off work and if lucky enough to win.... win the most money

And to hand out the first of the original Iron Men.

I think it's great and will attend any race or nitro jam that's within 10 hours.

I haven't seen any specifics, but I really hope they return to all the original IHRA class indexes for 1/8th mile. No more of this 6.30 and 6.90 bull****. I want Super Rod to run 6.40 and Hot Rod to on a 7.00 index the God intended.
Hey Dawson I wonder where the Nitro Jams are gonna be held and I would imagine1/8 mile?

Wouldn’t race there either, ghetto crowd and shootings.

When your website specifically has notices that state…

“NO FIREARMS OR WEAPONS ALLOWED ON THIS PROPERTY”

And

“NO SKI MASKS ALLOWED ON THIS PROPERTY”

That’s a hard no for me!

Capitol is not suited for any type of National, Pro-Am, or any other kind of large organized event.
