If they held the index classes on say sat only and the S/SS on Sunday I would run my stocker in the 12.0 class. But other than that no I would not run. I have another question since people could run one car in two different classes. I would like to see NHRA police a S/ST or S/G car running in there respected class with the delays and T-stops then idle back to the staging lanes and run the 10.0 or 11.0 class with NO ELECTRONICS..This should be interesting. Next thing they will let some things slide in so cars could run both classes. We will see.

Div. 3 tech man and all around good guy Travis Miller posted on here this was checked before as the delay box, throttle stops, and timers were not allowed.

My mistake, I thought I read it somewhere that you could compete in one of these classes and another with the same car...Oh well. But, if they ran the race on Sat like I said I could run two separate races with the same car. My mistake, I will just run stock.

As far as the NOS there were ALOT of street cars that were competing in two different classes with and without the NOS. I ran some cars that ran 12.0 @ 115mph+. It is fun, but, I see a negative effect on this idea while NHRA is trying to push the UNLEASHED program they (NHRA) are trying to promote this style racing at Div 2 events. We will see. We will see.

Maybe they hope NOS will replace the throttle stops to get the big MPH in relation to the ET's like the .90 cars......LOL.

Just a footnote to this thread which I kicked off...Unleashed has released it's full schedule, including Valdosta, Belle Rose and other places all over the country, including Fontana. Still strikes me as interesting that D2 is the only Division so far that's going to run some of their classes in conjunction with a LODRS event but as previously stated, this is probably a trial ballon and the track operators wanted it so if it helps their bottom line I'm okay with keeping an open mind.
