I was talking to a friend the other day and he was telling me about Detroit dragway and he was there the night the ramchargers crashed the 1965 dodge and he said it flipped upside down in a ditch .After the crash he said you could hear the motor running and the car is still upside down and Tom Hoover is yelling "turn it off " "turn it off" my buddy was 15 at the time .What a great time it must have been!!!!!!

If I remember correctly the Missile was in a trailer accident and to keep running for the season they loped off the top and kept running the rest of the year.

Yes it was. This was the first time out for Mr. Bonner at Cecil County. He was racing Sox in early '65. The wasn't painted yet and was returned to Holman Moody after the race to be finished.
