We started parking about 7:20 this morning! As Austin said, there are lots of rocks and dust! But if it rains on Sat and Sun like it is calling for, we won’t get stuck!! We have not been here since the Super Collider fiasco some 20 years ago! It doesn’t look like much has changed except where there was grass it is now rock! Also found some sand spurs and little bitty sharp rocks that stuck in my shoes! I sure hope those rocks don’t find their way into the race car tires!

We start out with Stock at 9 in the morning with Q1, then Class!!

We went to Babe’s Chicken in Cedar Hill tonight and boy was it good!! It was about 30 minutes from the track but well worth the drive. Thanks everyone for recommending it!!

I’m 40 lbs lighter than St. Louis. Noticed it warming up this morning and was confirmed in Q1.

Its a National event. The scales should be certified before a National event...or do they not do that anymore either?

Me too. Added 40 and weigh exactly what I weighed in St Louis & Indy.
