Yeah, it's easy to say i give up and I'm going brkt or assoc. racing........but we're still subject the the abuse via lisense, cert, sfi, membership, the track sanctions. etc. and etc.
Can't get away from those money grubbers............

I have a question.............whats happened to all the surplus monies from the ins fee.......there has not been crashes and lawsuits at every national event to burn uo the money.

Well, I guess NHRA just made the decision for me, was up for new lic.,chassis cert. ect. well guess what.... I'm not gonna feed these pigs any more. I like so many others was pretty put out when during very trying financial times for the entire nation NHRA DOUBLED everything, I sorta got over it like most everyone else. However me thinks me's seein' a pattern here. Joe

Jim Cimarolli,

Yes, I have, at the Gatornationals several years ago. A light fixture fell on the rear quarter panel of my U/SA wagon. North Port Auto Body, who originally painted it, repaired it and matched the paint scheme. NHRA sent us a check for the full amount and was very prompt.
I have no complaints about their responsibilities.

Well, I'm going to go out on a limb here -- a very short one -- and guess that the price of a crew ticket has gone up also.

Maybe somebody that has entered can log in to see how much they are. I don't know if they let you buy crew tickets this early or not though.

Apparently NHRA revenues were down by 14 million from 2008 to 2009. In about a year it will be interesting to compare those numbers to 2010 and speculate how much of a factor it was in raising prices.

The funny thing about this whole thing is that NHRA is self-insured! All that premium money goes directly to them. Jim
