Alan, Bob is in the Cadillac. He said he was on his way to Belle Rose from here, but it had slowed down. Don't know what he decided to do. Right now they have everything on hold and are drying the track. It hasn't been raining in a couple of hours, but if you look at the live radar on the weather station, it looks like it ought to be raining now.
Having a good time even if the weather doesn't look so good. Larry has got everything loaded back up and at the first sprinkle we will be heading back to KY. And then on to Belle Rose on Tuesday. They have already cancelled all the ET races for today and time trials, so if we do run, it will be straight into eliminations. Since Jim wasn't showing us on the qualifying list, I guess we better go up and get that straightened out. We were supposed to be able to run off the Top Stock index of 11.35. I saw Brad Van Lant this morning and he was still smiling over his victory from yesterday!! More later. Patsy |

Sorry John but we have already left the track, or I would have gotten Jim's # for you.
It started sprinkling again and we gave up and left. Going home now and getting things ready for Belle Rose. We have to load up spare parts and all the important things like booze and snacks!! We are leaving for Louisiana on Tuesday and stopping to look at some motorhomes on the way. Ours is still For Sale if anyone is interested. Ya'll come by for a drink in Belle Rose. I'm really looking forward to a great time there as usual. If anyone sees Randy Wilkes tell him he needs to get him a seat belt for his golf cart if he plans on coming down. Also Ray Buckner's sister!! We will see ya'll there! Maybe someone who stayed in St. Louis can let us know how it came out. They hadn't called the race when we left, but it didn't look good. Patsy |

just left Gateway. Bishop Bros won with their MSA in a all Ford Final. Bill Dyer was runner up in his N stick Mustang. not bad for almost leaving with all of the rain earlier.
Went pretty smooth throughout the day, it was a big surprise to get it in. Semis was Don O Malley Vs. Bill Dyer double breakouot 10.177 on a 10.20 for O Malley. Dyer was 12.338 on a 12.34. Bishop had the bye.
