BTW, it now has a 454 w turbo 400 in it, but didn't cut any Chrysler mounts out of it when install the Chevrolet in it.

I just lost the bid on a 1966 D500 Crew cab out in Az., I have a '99 5.9 Quad cab with a burned out dash and only 77k and thought I'd swap it out but got sniped at 30 sec.'s; but the problem is how do you transport on of these even if you do find one? They are definitely bigger than a bread box!

You get it running in the field....dont tell me its the set of brake lines you changed in the grass with crickets chirping and mosquitos biting with a flashlight

Thats the "fun" stuff take something and fix it on the spot to at least drive it outta there.....

Shoulda seen me and my buddy driving a pink caddy back from TX with surfboards on top to Ohio....average was 3 times per state being pulled over......seriously.

Stopped every 100 miles to fill up on oil and tranny fluid....good to go....

Haul it ? Hell drive it.... Grab a few buddies and make a week long "adventure" out of it....hell you can always scrap it for enough cash to buy you all plane tickets home, god knows it weighs enough....

Then again, my buddy tried it with some 61-5 Ford mostrosity out of California when Gas was 3+ a gallon....it got 5mpg.....

That's what my plans were but I'm talking about the ones sitting out in a field needing full resto.

Right now there is a 2007 Ram 3500 Mega Cab Car hauler for sale on ebay and it's sweet but expensive.......ID 12051578831......take a look.

Here's a few photos of a super sano ramp truck that was purchased by a friend of my as part of a race car/transporter deal. It is a 1976 vehicle that looks and hopefully runs like new. I hope the pictures upload ok.
