I am very glad to hear that dennis and his wife were not injured any worse than they were. I'am new to stock super stock, met dennis and andy at vegas in 09, and truly enjoy the friendship. Checks in the mail.

The car is very fixable. I have seen the pictures. Rusty Hall and I are working with my body shop to get it here and get it fixed. What it is really gonna need is a roof panel(fastback) and a quarter panel. My guys here are gonna help him out on labor and materials and get it fixed as fast as possible. But if any one wants to know what it it needs the we dont already have:
windsheild and gasket
complete drivers side rear quarter
roof panel
But please feel free to donate to Dennis in other ways.
I will post as soon as the car gets here and keep updating as necessary.

Words cannot begin to express how thankful Kelly and I are for all the thoughts and support we have received from our friends and racing family. This entire experience has been very humbling and overwhelming. We are so grateful we are both okay as the soreness and bruises are already fading away. The car obtained alot of body damage; however that is not going to stop us as we will rebuild and move on. We have been so taken back by everyone's generosity and we want you to know how truly THANKFUL we are, as your thoughts and comments would have been more than enough. This is just proof on how tight the racing community is, as many of you we have never personally met before. If any of you ever need anything, please do not hesitate to ask.

Forever grateful,

Dennis & Kelly Alvey

I'm in for $50. Some really great racers from this site helped me and my team when the chips were down. I am happy to return the favor. Now if I could get out of the swamp and back home in time for Christmas!
