Joe, for a stocker, maybe/maybe not. My bracket Duster does have swing
out bars on both sides.

I know for sure the swing out bar is legal for both sides but I gotta doubt the removable steering wheel in STOCK. Jim

You can have swing out bars on both sides. Mine runs SS with swing outs on both sides. It's certified to 8.50. And it does make it a lot easier to work on.

at the time i asked, i didn't have a rule book handy and yes, they're legal...

yep, they sure did...
67-69 were a pre 69 gm column (no key)

didn't know summit/jegs handled the quick connect kits, thanks!
with that and swing out bars, i'll be able to get my fatness in there

sorry to get all you guys going about your waistline, lol! no i`m a short guy and the guy who installed my cage, is way smaller than me and bye the yay i have dropped 60lbs since this project started so i`m down to 230 and still losing, but hesaid he had trouble getting in, so he called S@w and got the specs to put a swing out bar in< God bless him, so we are looking at this fall making some test runs and getting ready for some div # 4 runs, wish me luck!!!!
