Steve Winter or Terry Essingler if you can track them down will be your best chance for info Mike Loge may know how to reach them. If Mike set the "SS/FA" record my guess would be 1977 or 1978 I sold my car in 1977 and he was still in EA when I returned in 1980 Mike wasnt around.

Karl was good buds with Yother and yes, he did work on that car. In fact, some where I have a pic after he decided to run it as a bracket car with the infamous "Yother scoop" on it.
I, too miss Fremont. GREAT times. My 1320 virginity was taken there...my first pass in a 13 sec Roadrunner at 16 years old! |
