Summit's Drag Race Central usually provides very marginal coverage of the Jeg's Sportsnationals. I hope they decide to do the right thing and provide better coverage this time.

I was about to go get a picture of the stock second round qualifying sheet when the downpour started. Can we not race in D3 without rain? I'll try to get some pics of the new sheet when it stops.

Here's another picture of the Cobra since I can do one per post lol

That 1967 Shelby Cobra is sweet. Imagine all that visibility at the tree and during the run.

On another note, one of the nicest race cars I've ever seen is here, John Stock's new '67 Cobra GT/CA built by PK racecars. I'm sure it will be fast with Patterson Power too! Here are a few pics I took. Make sure to go look at it person if you're here, there are a ton of details that you don't notice in the pics.

Edit: for some reason my phone is only letting me upload 1 pic. I'm going to try to get them all
I think it really looks cool. But I do have a question. Don't you have to have a top on the car? I believe that some cobra's have a optional top?

Sorry for only having Q1 sheets and linking over to our FB page... as soon as I made my second qualifying run, I hightailed it for home to take my hunny to ComicCon in downtown Columbus. Had a nice night out! Working on my phone at the track is more than a little cumbersome trying to copy and paste links. Should put in a full day tomorrow!

Pics from ComicCon...

Apparently it's not required because it was a special order option to get a top.
