I was originally thinking ~350 cars, but given the events that have been scheduled on top of us, I've revised that projection to the neighborhood of 280-330 cars between the two classes. A Divisional alone in this region typically draws around 200 S/SS cars, almost strictly from Div. 3, so the support from all over the country should make those numbers easily attainable. I still have a number of people telling me that we'll see over 400.

I have a race purse calculator spreadsheet I developed several years ago. I put some numbers in for our Fall Footbrake Frenzy $20K Thanksgiving race prior to the event. Friday night of the event, I opened up the spreadsheet, and I had plugged in 220 cars. Actual car count: 216. Anthony just shakes his head at me. We're typically pretty good at projecting our car counts and run time.

Was thinking I might go (NO AHFS!) until I found how far that is from Tulsa. Might be too far for this old man. :-(
The NHRA Div. 3 LODRS at Indy is the week before, which will allow a number of people to make a swing out of it. The two tracks are only 3.5-4 hrs apart.

When I lived in NC, I drove straight through to Tulsa, 1107 miles. Tulsa to Columbus is a bunch shorter!

Hard to believe the snow will be melted enough to get the trailer out by then.
Pretty sure you won't need a shovel in May.

I'm hoping to make the trip down from Winnipeg to be a spectator. Won't know for sure until late March.

Michael, you aren't 70 years old needing a shoulder and knee joints replaced.

Ed, don't do the knee replacement, I've done that once and won't do the other knee.......others will disagree. Left knee replaced on 9-11. Right knee has needed replaced since 2007 or 8. What I do is when the pain in the right knee gets really bad.....I have Donna rub her b--bs up against me and I forget about the pain in my knee.....LOL

Been told both ways about both the knee and the shoulder replacement. Hate being out of commission long enough for either, for sure both.
