Had a short little sprinkle this morning, but it's long gone now. We've jus been sitting. Well, I was sitting, applying some decals on Brad Plourd's dragster. Not sure what's up, rumour has it something with the timing system... Must be different than last night. I figured the cleanup run would either be real late if at all, so I'd headed for the hotel (an adventure in itself), but I read a couple facebook posts saying they were down for awhile last night due to skunks in one of the timing beam holes downtrack. LOL Heard there were as many as five of them. And yes, everyone has already said, "Well that stinks!"

Don't get all excited! It wasn't anything that qualifies as actual mechanical work. As noted earlier, had to change a trailer tire in the rain on the way here yesterday. No biggie.

Sounds like we're back to live action, with the last qualifying session for Super Street.

Michael there is an aluminum drive on ramp that is designed for tandam axle trailers. Few years back with our ProMod car our driver who also was the only one that drove the RV would drive 80+ mph and we got tired of changing the flats so we found that drive on ramp, it was a life saver.

Good luck this weekend, clean your finger nails and kick some ***!

They are made by trailer aid. They are about 30 dollars. I have the plastic one (they make a aluminum one too) and it has changed a couple tires on my triple axle stacker with no problems. Saves a bunch of time on the side of the road.

Open trailer, so it's easy to jack up. Sounds very handy for an enclosed for sure!

Round 1 is in the books for S/SS (into T/D right now with T/S having their call to the lanes.). Didn't take notes, but off the top of my head I recall Tim Gillespie with a heads-up win first round. Brian Siebenick went out. Chuck Weber is collecting points. Brad Plourd gave it up by .00x to Buth (W/S wagon), and I think Marty got by as well. Randi Lynn Shipp, Drew Skillman, and Bruno Massell moved on.

Didn't get to watch Super Stock as I was at the back of the line. I had a good race with Rylee Stufflebeam who narrowly broke out, and I heard Ricky Decker got by Aaron Disinger. Joe Ewing and Dan Kyle were in line in front of me at the VP trailer, so I assume they're in as well.

It's rather tricky out there, and I'm not sure why. I watched the round of Stock and didn't learn a thing. Some picked up 1, many were slow. Super Stock was the same way... It was either fast or slow, depending on who youtalk to.

Thanks for the update

Make sure that the portacan truck driver is not eating a ham sandwich when he puts the sucker hoses in the portacan.

It's listed as a 283 in the qualifying data.
