I don't think I ever implied it was perfect just that I believe it's worth the money for less than hundred bucks. Most of the problems they've had have been on their end but some have been on the consumers end as well. I still stand by my earlier statement that some would bitch if they paid them to watch it.....

Coverage is good to great for all classes except stock which is for me why I would purchase it. I did the first two years. Even Indy where Stock is all a glow. You get audio for class and a warming up of the system it seems (like T.V. tubes) on Friday's for first round elimination of stock. If stock isn't what you are interested in. By all means you will be happy.

As far as Bashing NHRA and not liking "almost all Access". I hate to be odd man out. I like racing NHRA. Might have a couple views like not having tear downs any more and car counts but I can live with it. I'm sure all other classes are getting their money's worth with all Access. I just watch stock sorry.

You're not the only one! I love it. Like I said earlier, it might take them a few minutes to get rolling but good after that! Compare that to the cable a guy would have to pay. Oh ya, they only play the finals of sportsman. Just my 2.5 cents.

That's true....

FS 1& 2 are almost free when included with my direcTv package..

So I guess I am getting what I paid for from Fox..

Leroy,

Are you sure about this?

Given my memory these days I am not going to bet anything on it but that is not my recollection.

I don't have time to sit and watch, but I really enjoyed and miss the live audio feed that they used to provide as part of your membership. I could listen in the shop while doing something constructive. I wish they'd bring that back. I'm thrifty and I don't want to pay to listen when I used to get it for nothing.

And with limited bandwidth in my location, video is spotty or non-existant at best certain times of the day.

I like it. I have had a few issues at times but they are usually caused by lack of bandwidth to stream the video. Since switching to Spectrum (+70mb) it's been good. I will say that it seems to work better with IE but my Mozilla works most of the time. On another note, everyone wants all the features and convenience to be able to watch our racing when we want. The bottom line is it cost money and time. Cost of the equipment and time to transport and setup and maintain. Most people don't want to spend anything for the service.

So... Here's the deal with D3TV, Bo Butner, and "all divisionals". Bo is sponsoring the six Lucas Oil divisionals in Division 3 in 2018 (out of 11 scheduled D3 races). The deal happened while I was covering the "Baby Gators" and so, as a thanks for Bo and Randi Lyn's support, I ran his ads while in Gainesville. Most of the races I have done since 2015 have been out of my own pocket, and as I can get the time off from my full-time job. I'd love to do at least one race in the other six divisions and have had several inquiries / conversations about it, but no commitments yet to help cover my costs other than one race in Division 1 (TBD).

I always do appreciate the compliments and glad you enjoy the coverage.

Thanks -
Warren Evans
