If he was successfully impeached the first time, why was there a reason for the 2nd attempt? My understanding was they TRIED to impeach twice, and failed to accomplish to do so both times. Or did I "think for myself" incorrectly?

Hell Bud, your president Pervert Joe, said the vaccine wasn't around until he was sworn in , he is so brain dead he forgot that he received the Trump Vaccine in Dec. If Texas was not so dependent on wind and solar they would not be having the problems they are having. Of couse you would know nothing about load shedding, hence power outages to keep the T&D up when you loose 25% of your capacity when the wind and solar shut down.
