Rod I believe Sante Grossi at Bakersfield got a couple three dings. He tried to lower it which would have been fairly easy at Pomona but it went mineshaft. Go figure!

Wow one of those runs .960 under was against a red lighting opponent. Glad I am putting a Stick combo together.

Would love to be the only car with my combo. Very easy to keep track of our average and make sure you don’t go 1.00 second under two times.

Hi Rick,,yea you can go 1.299 under,,but try to get that run to .849 under,,or less,,with only .200 to work with. They upped the .350 under doesn't count for overall average to anything .6499 or under doesn't count to lower the average.

Notice that 1.31 under yields a 5.25% immediate hit or about 15 to 20 hp.

You would think so but a Nova's platform is an X body. The 67-68 are completely different but still both X bodies and that's what NHRA bases its averages on. Only reason the 66 is not included in my combo is different cam lift and one cylinder head number thats not included in the 67-68 327.

Completely different car with a different wheelbase. I know about the 66 cam, but aren't there a few 67 stick cars out there?

Correct me if I am wrong. Doesn't Jim Parsons in Div. 5 run a 67 F/S Nova? Don't know of any others, could be more.
