Looking at the NHRA rule book it states "aftermarket tie rods with Heim joints permitted"
Does that include the front suspension strut/tie rods? |

Better double check that Mark, I thought it was allowed when NHRA also allowed the stock Elim roll bar to go thru the dash and into engine compartment .. Disclaimer …. My memory is not what it used to be.

SUSPENSION, FRONT
Must retain complete stock front suspension system as produced by manufacturer for body used, aftermarket tie rods with Heim joints permitted. Lower control arm may be machined for larger shock diameter and mount. Lift kits/travel limiters prohibited. Sway bar optional. See General Regulations 3:4. |

If I heard right, one long time stock racer I talked with said the QA1 strut bar was allowed now on his car (Demon).? Back to square one if not allowed.
