And if he were, he is also a former World Champion in the sportsman ranks. I'm not certain if he could only use that to enter Super Gas, or if it would apply to any category.

Why are there quotas at all? Let everyone race that wants too. It isn't like 100 cars are going to show up in each category. Nhra is about money so let them in. Just my 1 cent I haven't raced in a year in a half, so my opinion isn't worth much.

Just one more quick question Ken
So does that mean that Rodger Cook which owns the stocker that former world camp Sal Biondo has driven over the past three season can enter when ever Sal does not race?

Of course not, the Cooks were never involved with any championships that Sal has won. They would have had to be listed as the owners when Sal won the championship.
