I only had brief contact with Brett at the racs,but he definately leftan impression of being a person you would be proud to call your friend.News like this is always sad and difficult to hear and understand.If anyone is doing anything forthe children please post an
address to help out. Being a father and grand
father makes it reading this thread even worse.God bless the Reithmuller family.

This is extremely sad news. We are keeping the Reithmiller family, especially their two daughters, in our hearts and prayers.

Has a trust fund or anything been set up for the kids as of yet? This is a real tragedy, and I feel terrible for the kids. I hope that have a good home to go to, but we should try to set something up for them. Have any idea on how to do this if it hasn't been done already???

Prayers and condolences to the friends and family of Brett and Penny. What a sad day for the racing community. Especially with leaving two young daughters behind.

Bret And Penny Were Class Acts,they Were Together Always,at Home,at Work ,and At The Races .they Will Be Missed Forever By Me, And Anyone Who Had The Pleasure Of Meeting Them.

This just brings tears to my eyes. I just can't stop thinking about those 2 young girls, now growing up , without a mother and father. My wife and I have 2 daughters also, and on numerous occassions remember exchanging "girl stories" together with Brett and Penny.
This is just horrible news for all who knew them.
We will pray for the girls that God will get them through this

This is very sad and tragic news. Some of the nicest people you could ever meet at the race track or anywhere for that matter. My thoughts and prayers are with the family and especially their children.
