Last time I was there, when you pulled onto the track from the staging lanes, you had to back into the water box. The wall behind the water box was only a few feet from the road that leads to the track. It was IHRA back then, and a lot of the Quick Rod (Super Comp in the NHRA) cars would bounce their slicks off the wall when backing up behind the water box!
I would really like to go there now. It looks like they changed everything for the better! It now looks like a completely different facility! Top notch all the way! |
