I don't post that much on this site anymore, but I'll post this time.
Hats off to every racer that came to this race and hats off to the staff at trails and div 3 as its mother natures fault for what we have had to put up with. I'm not putting anybody down for not coming, i look at it this way, nobody twisted your arm to come or not to come. I knew the weather forecast like many others did, not worth grumbling over it if you stayed home, that was your choice. Everybody will get one shot at the track Sunday and they will move into eliminations till its not fit to run after dark, then go into Monday racing. Good luck to everybody here at Columbus. |

Joe, I think when you mention National Trail and the possibility of a few days of rain, a lot of racers have visions of trailers with water running through them.I know things have changed there, but some tracks don't handle rain well. The fields look to be about half of what a normal opening points race has.Could the pits handle 200 hundred or more rigs?

I can't find any proof that this event actually happened, other than the D3TV feed.
