Congrats to Rich Locker on his runner-up finish! He has worked long and hard to get where he is. I am proud to call him a friend. Maybe next year he can win it! I remember when he started in the early 90’s with that retired DeFrank and Cohen car. I hope to see him doing this well for many more years. Great job Rich!
