We just made it home today around 1PM. Had a blast on our first two race trip, now that I am retired. We headed to Rockingham for the Div. 2 LODRS race, had a blast there, then headed out slowly to Houston from there.
We had a great time in Houston. Lost a close race to Country Dog in the Houston race 1st Rd. Great guy. Then waited around until 9:30 to finish the Gainesville/Atlanta final with Brenda Grubbs. Got lucky and got to carry my 1st Wally home... Brenda and Bill are great people and friends of ours. Bill even saved us a pit spot beside them. I would like to thank everyone for their support and friendship.
