A while back, a friend was switching to drag racing from circle track. We were looking at various combinations, and that one looked pretty fun. It would be a small block, which he was more familiar with, and a small, fast, light stick car, so it would require some skill and be fun to drive. I'm pretty sure it could be real competitive. I was also looking at an L-79 327 4 speed, or a 70 LT-1 350 4 speed.

I believe BB/A is a blown gas class at that time. In the past few years they have added BB/AA for the alky engines. Those blown gas engines are a handfull to keep alive and make power.
