How about Tritak & Morgan with their wagon? Later, I think they ran a SS/DA 'Cuda. Paul's point about Boertman might be tough to beat though!

I have to agree Jeremy, but I'm a little biased. I seem to remember meeting your father way back when our dads were racing for Smothers Brothers. Dad was brutal on those 4-speed cars.

Thanks for the vote chuck.................I love to hear stories of my dad and his racing.........I was told once he could shift a 4 speed as smoth and fast as an automatic..................... I love this topic to hear all about the guys that started it all...... I talked to my dad about this post and doing like bowtie said and get the stories together...as he told me "you young guys are spoiled the way the track's are today".........and here we complain about track conditions thats funny.......

Here are two more that started racing stock in the 60's, Jim Hughes Grand Junction Colorado, Arnold Greene Mathews North Carolina. Both are still racing stock to this day! I have one more I will add when I get all my information together at a little later time. Trevor Weiss B/S 2891
