Exclamation Re: National Dragster

"They sent out surveys. Majority rules. It may not be the majority of the classracer.com demographic but it must have been the majority of Nation Dragster Subscribers. Just saying."

I have been an NHRA member for over 35 years. I didn't get any survey? Who did they survey, the ND staff? Maybe lose just ONE of the Force family soap opera stories and put the National Records and Indexes back in would be prudent?

I was told in December when I renewed that there would be 47 issues this year. Why was I lied to Mr Burgess? Jim

I was surveyed. Can't remember if it was by Email or on the website. The way the questions were worded you could see the options they were wanting to explore. I think it was 25-50 questions I can't remember, I've slept since then. I think it was sometime around November?

Just read how to do a pro-stock burn out I'm sending my resume's
out. REALLY I can think of some thing better than that to do an article on
like how to epoxy coins to a toilet seat or comb your hair with barb wire
and look younger

Interesting that if you look at the license and perm number application you download to fill in that it still says you get 96 issues of ND with a 2 year subscription. When I emailed NHRA and asked when I would get my refund for the missing ND's I was told that they still thought it was a good deal so no refund would be coming.

I would, because I'd rather read about (see pictures of), our cars rather than funny cars!!!

I would in a heartbeat! I let my ND subscription go this year after 30+ years due to the changes and "enhancements"....

Stock/Superstock all the way!

Angry Re: National Dragster

This latest format of National Dragster leaves me so disgusted and discouraged with the way the sportsman eliminators are being reported, it's making me really think about not renewing. I've been a member since 1968 and this is not the way to treat the sportsmen of our drag racing family. I'd bet at this point in time the pro class members don't even have to pay for their "bi-monthly" papers. The cost is most likely absorbed by the little guys. The bosses better start listening or they will have more problems than NASCAR.

One copy of Nitro Joe's Drag Stats has more useful information than a years worth of National Dragsters.
