I will have ton of pictures to post tomorrow night more on Monday. Didn't bring my computer... some minor carnage. Lots of great cars. And thanks to Marc at Diamond RV for taking care of my son and my wife. I believe it was 105 stockers to start the day.

Sorry gang - I didn't ditch you - the Internet sevice here is the worst as I haven't been able to get on since this afternoon .Most categorys got their first round in this after and I've got a million pics ............

Good morning - No sooner did I start having service last night it diappeared again .Anyway this morning we'll start at 8AM with Stock going out first - they are afraid with the weather coming we may not finish today as it is to arrive around noonish .

As for that round how about that H/SA heads-up in the Pires family ? And then you can play the odds on who will win - but his ( or her ) chances are greater if they are driving a Camaro .Why you ask ? Because there are 22 left in action - thats like half the field .

Weather ? Overcast at this moment with the temperature at a cool 53 degrees and the humidity at 68 percent .And the barometer dropped overnight to 29.28 while the vapor pressure is at .29 and the Grains of water at 42.1 .Final DA this morning 956 ' .

Here are a few more pics from yesterday's action ..And check out the second and third ones --two 427 Camaros facing each other in rd1 - Al Mark with his '69 against Paul Cambrias '13 COPO .Mark got the nod with a dead-on 10.37. ..........later

Well I have to say that Heather got me a spot that was not wet , the staff worked on the track all weekend and used gold dust . So my hats off to LVD and NHRA for making the best out of a rough start .

As for my car not going down the track and spinning every run I dont know what to say . Everybody else got down . The only thing I changed was putting on new tires for both cars before I left Route 66 dragway where the cars were hooking like no bodys business . Back to the drawing board and on to Epping .

Nice meeting and talking with all the racer at LVD , and the staff was great
