NMCA contingency process; There will be a contingency form attached to your tech card, each competitor needs to fill out the form which has car number, class, and each contingency sponsor listed. The race needs to check each posting they wish to declare, the tech official will then verify decals for each posting you checked on the form, you and tech official will sign it. Once that is done the form will be kept at tech until the completion of the event. Winners and runners-up will then be checked for product verification per the contingency form filled out during tech in. No other products can be claimed other then the ones marked on the form at the beginning of the event.

As far a schedule goes we do understand the issue with Gainesville but unfortunately they is no other choice, with Bradenton's schedule, NHRA's and ours there only so many weekends to work with. There is no intention on our part to take any cars away from the NHRA D-2 event and we understand that it will have an effect and impact on this class at our event but again no other alternative.

NMCA Announces Stock/Super Stock Combo Class

Santa Ana, Calif. (January 16, 2017) – NMCA is proud to announce the addition of the Stock/Super Stock Combo class to their all-American drag racing line-up. The NMCA Muscle Car Nationals presented by E3 Spark Plugs features a six-race series with contingency and a year-end championship where winners take home a Nitto Tire Diamond Tree Ring. Beginning with the season opener in Bradenton, FL on the weekend of March 9-12, the Stock/Super Stock Combo class racers will become part of the exciting NMCA series.

All Stock and Super Stock combinations from NHRA and IHRA are allowed. However, the NMCA event/tech team has put a twist on the conventional method of how the eliminator is run. These changes will add excitement for spectators and allow far more competitors to join the class and be competitive. For a complete list of rules, please click here.

“We’re excited to add a new class to the NMCA championship series," said Rollie Miller, NMCA General Manager. "We’re glad that we can provide the Stock and Super Stock racers with a quality event in which to race and also give them a decent shot at the Aerospace Components Winner’s Circle and Series Championship!"

In addition to the payout, I would be interested in knowing the daily run schedules. It looks like most of your races are 4-day events. Can someone show up on Friday or Saturday?

Thanks,
Nick

The purse is getting posted later today on our website and I will posted it on here as soon as it does.

As for our run schedule each event is a little different but in general this is how we run:

Thursday is a parking day; some events we also have test-n-tune but it is usually up to the Host Race Track

Friday: Morning Test run for each class, One Qualifying session in the afternoon

Saturday: 2 Qualifying sessions

Sunday: AM eliminations to completion of the event.

Entry fees are different depending on if you arrive on Thursday (pay for 4 day) or Friday (pay for 3 day) or Saturday (pay of 2 day). You would be allowed to arrive on Saturday but would miss Friday's one qualifying session.

All of this information, complete rule book, entry fees, purse, event schedule, facility direction and contacts are all on our Website for each event. www.nmcadigital.com Top banner "Event Info" or Racer /Car Show will lead you to all of this information

Our contingency pays $150 for each product for Winner
and $75 each product for Runner-up

Since the entry fee's differ depending on event and how many days you wish to enter the event I posted above in a previous post to view are website and all that information is listed.

Go to: www.nmcadigital.com click on the banner "Event Info" go to the specific event then click on pricing, or schedule, general, rules and payout, directions etc. Also on the home page click the banner "Racer / Car Show to view the entire rules book, sponsor list, contingency list (not posted yet still being finalized for 2017) points, records. Indexes for S/3 will be posted in this location when they are finalized on March 1, 2017, those indexes will remain in place during the course of the entire season.
