Bob and Tom...thanks for posting these pics. It was -17 below today and
Thought of another one...there was a wagon in Div. 1 called 'Storm-a-Long. I can remember the faces, but not the names....anyone remember or got a shot of the car? |

Bob,this car was, and I think still is, owned by a guy from MN. named Fran Bishop.Bobbys car was green also,bit from Div.3.

Paul...yep, that's them....seem to remember the car was a record holder for quite a while.
Also interesting to note, GM had more wagon entries than the other OEMs...guess the combos just weren't there. Chrysler had some, but Ford was noticably lacking wagon combos. Curious why the mid-sixties Ford Fairlane wagon did not see more action. What is the story about getting a 427 ci in one???? |
