Holbrook's car is one of three 2010 cars that were built like the turn key cars, less drive train. Chris did the 352 for his and 428 motors for Brian Wolfe and the test car that Ronzello drove. All stockers.
Changes to the chassis and drive train started immediately. When he built the 2010 blower motor for stock, the car went to B&B for a complete suspension and chassis upgrade. The 2010's became 2012's without any body work once the 2010 motors got beat up with HP. The 2012 blower motors for stock are significantly different. Chris's car is still the 2010 with 2013 body upgrade (like the late model Firebirds and Camaros did), hood, front and rear fascia, grille, headlights and taillights. The Coyote motor has better heads and a 2.9 blower instead of 2.4. Way faster.....

Bret, my name is at the bottom of all of my posts, and I wasn't trying to diminish Drew's, or anyone else's, efforts and accomplishments. I am a diehard Ford fan, and I love what the CJs have accomplished. I was simply posting what I thought was accurate information from legitimate sources.

Well, I guess I owe Bill and Jody an apology. I've never been able to see any signatures on the board...not even my OWN! I checked the settings and everything seems fine.
I've always had another weird problem with this board. When I'm not logged in, I see the posts in chronological order. When I'm logged in, each thread begins with the most recent reply. Is that normal? |

Brett and anyone else:
If you go to User CP on the tool bar at the top and click on it, you can then go to Settings & Options. Under that heading choose Edit Ooptions and click on it. Now go to Thread Display Options, Visible Post Elements and put a check mark in Show Signature, as well as anthing else you choose. When your done scroll to the bottome and click on Save Changes.

Inadequate for the HP & TQ the engine makes. I understand the class requires nothing larger than a 9x30. But then again, that rule has been around since 500HP was a killer engine. These engines are somewhere around double. Three tenths is left in that combo and it's there to be found. The reality is, it doesn't need to be found. Not today anyways!

Granted, apples to oranges comparing a street legal DOT to a radial slick, but very similar constructed tires. What one gives up in width it picks up in rollout. |
