You're right, I forgot about that one! Even more momentum...my money would be on Slate for Stock w/out a doubt.

According to my math Slate and Edmond are the only two with a very good chance to pass Brad. None of the others in the top 10 can mathematically pass Brad.

Thanks Gary, as far as I'm concered, you are the math wiz.
Next weekend is going to be extra fun since I'll be there competing and rooting for my friends. Ryan is my buddy but Leo is a good friend too. I'd sure like to see both of them do extra good. Maybe I'll let Ryan drive my truck so he can get the trans brake practice. That would keep his mind occupied.

The way things sit,one in the top ten can catch the leader besides Cummings and Richardson, one outside of the top 10 has a chance as well. It all depends on the rounds won this weekend.

Thanks Lane, you echoed my point, because Slate came from somewhere in the top 20 to all of the sudden having a great shot at winning it all! Furthermore, anyone who's within 104pts. of 1st place can take the title, provided those ahead of him/her stumble soon enough that they don't get to add anymore points to their count, and that racer wins the race....anythings possible, and it'll be exciting to watch!

I stand corrected. Jody has to win to pass Brad by 1 point. Tyler has to go to the finals to pass Brad. Jody is done if Brad wins first round and Tyler needs Brad to go out by 3rd round.

Here goes my math again:
The best Leo can finish the points season with nationally, is 626 (that's what he'd end up with if he wins these last two races). Brads best count will be 666...he'd have to win the divisional. Slates best count is 646. Edmonds magic number is 643. Toby's is 594, again provided he wins the final two races. Jody's is 592 If only Dusty Lowell were out there, because his magic number is 633...WHERE'S DUSTY? Tyler's magic number is 612. Therefore, if any of those numbers are reached (on the lower end), and the higher numbers aren't improved on, who knows what can happen???

The spoiler out there might be Ryan. He's driving good and the Camaro is spot on. He could spoil some chances. The ladder is going to be critical.
