The turbo cars had a side draft Rochester. Other models had a 4GC.

The suspension is similar to a Chevelle, but the coils are on the trailing arms, like a Fox body.

I doubt anything modern would bolt it to replace the Jet-a-Way (Slim Jim)
Probably could use a later Land Rover block that might have the B.O.P. pattern.

You're (of course) right about the carb. Same as turbo Corvair, wasn't it?
As far as the alcohol injection, didn't they inject it into the turbo to cool it?!?

Looking at the pics, I guess they inject it into the carb..

Actually, the Corvair used a Carter, but similar style.

Rather than lowering the compression, Olds decided to inject the fluid to cool the combustion..
I'd suggest using an MSD Boost Master timing retard control with this one ;-)

Well, seeing as it's 3* outside and the wind is blowing like a banshee AND boredom is setting in,
how about a 63 Chevy II 4cyl 153/90/90 for W/S or W/SA at 2330?
Same basic engine as my 230s minus 2 cylinders.
I guess the problem would be finding one but it would be fun with a stick and probably pretty quick with a metric!
